Applying for a partner or fiancé visa?
Applying for a partner or fiancé visa?
Do you require a letter from an authorised Marriage Celebrant stating that a marriage has been booked and the Notice of Intended Marriage form has been completed?
I’ve got the legal side all covered for you!
My fee is $150 which includes a letter suitable for immigration requirements.
Get in touch and I can issue a letter within 2 business days.
Here’s what we’ll need to do:
1. Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form. It is okay to have only one of you to have the form witnessed.
2. Send the form to the celebrant. You will need to bring me or email the form, along with a copy of your passport or birth certificate and driver’s licence. Once received, I can prepare a letter for immigration.
3. An invoice will be issued for $150 and have the letter issued within 2 business days.
Important points:
The NOIM is valid for up to 18 months from when we complete it.
Should you need to change the date stated on the NOIM, there is no additional fee.
Should a new letter be required, I will provide one at no additional cost.
Once a ceremony date has been booked, a package must be chosen and paid for to go ahead with the service.
